**Last updated: October 16, 2026.**

The Schedulist (theschedulist.com) is an editorial website owned and operated by
Mobilesson Ltd., doing business as Connecteam (“Connecteam,” “we,” or “us”). This
Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled when you visit The
Schedulist or contact our editorial team. It applies to this website, not to Connecteam’s
workforce-management software, which has its own [privacy notice](https://connecteam.com/privacy/).

## Information we collect

**Information you provide.** When you send a message through our contact form, we
receive your name, email address, subject and the text of your message. Please avoid
submitting employee records, passwords, health information or other sensitive data
through the form. If you contact us by another channel, we receive the information
you choose to share.

**Technical and usage information.** Like most websites, our hosting and security
services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages,
timestamps, error records and related technical details. Caching, security and website
functionality may use cookies or browser storage. We use Hostinger services, including
site tools such as Hostinger Reach, and LiteSpeed Cache. These services may process
technical information when the site is accessed.

**Google Analytics.** We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), connected through Site Kit
by Google, to understand visits and interactions with our content. Depending on
your location and privacy choices, Google Analytics may process usage events, browser
and device information, approximate location, and online identifiers or cookies.
Google Consent Mode is configured to deny analytics and advertising storage by default
for visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Measurement
from these regions may therefore be limited until a compatible consent mechanism
is enabled. Learn more in the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

## How we use information

 * To receive, investigate and respond to questions, corrections and other editorial
   messages.
 * To operate, protect, troubleshoot and improve the website and its content.
 * To prevent spam, abusive submissions and security incidents.
 * To meet legal obligations and handle legitimate requests about personal information.

Depending on the activity and the law that applies, our processing may rely on our
legitimate interests in operating a secure editorial website and responding to readers,
steps you request before entering into an arrangement, legal obligations, or consent
where required. We do not sell contact-form submissions to software vendors.

## Contact form, email and spam prevention

Our contact form sends submitted details to the editorial team’s configured email
recipient through WordPress email delivery. Delivery or hosting providers and email
systems may retain messages and related delivery records. The form also uses a hidden
anti-spam field and a short-lived, one-way hashed network identifier to limit repeated
submissions. We do not intentionally publish contact messages without permission.

## Service providers and international processing

We use providers for hosting, website performance, security and email delivery.
These providers may process information on our behalf under their own applicable
terms and data-handling practices. Our website is operated by a company based in
Israel, and information may be handled in other countries where our providers operate.
We take applicable data protection requirements into account when using service
providers.

## Storage and retention

We retain contact correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, review
corrections, maintain appropriate records or meet legal requirements. Technical
logs and email delivery records may be retained under the policies of the relevant
hosting or communication provider. We review requests to erase or limit retention
when applicable.

## Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction
of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict
certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent,
and may have the right to complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Some requests
are subject to legal exceptions.

For privacy questions or to exercise a privacy right, contact [dpo@connecteam.com](https://theschedulist.com/privacy-policy/dpo@connecteam.com).
For article corrections or general editorial questions, use our [contact page](https://theschedulist.com/contact/).

## Children

The Schedulist provides information for business operators and workplace managers.
It is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal
information, please contact us so we can review the request.

## Changes to this policy

We may update this page as website features, providers or legal requirements change.
Material updates will be reflected by a revised date and any additional notice required
by law.
